Please include the device you are using (iPhone model or Android device) and a short description of what happened. A screenshot is always helpful if you can attach one.
Common questions
My data did not sync
Make sure you are signed in to the same account on both devices. Pull down to refresh on the main screen. If the issue persists, sign out and back in from Settings.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” and enter your email. A reset link will arrive within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
Restoring a subscription
In the app, go to Settings › Subscription › Restore purchases. This reconnects your purchase from the App Store or Google Play.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from Settings › Privacy › Delete account, or visit unstuckfaith.app/delete-account for instructions.
